There were great staff and food for a brilliant stay. Panoramic view of sea. I really enjoyed the fact that it was a 15-minute walk from the subway. Restaurant in hotel was convenient and the pool area was lovely.
As for me, the area was horrible.

The location is particularly good, and staff is very amiable! Spotless and nice room with reasonably spacious bathroom. Nakagyo Ward district won't disappoint you.

The decor was simple, stuff was amazingly friendly, and the place was fairly clean. Breakfast offered lots of appetising meals. The place was easy walk to Kyoto heart of the city. The smooth check-in too. Need to point that free wifi throughout the property was a good bonus. It was brand-new hotel and we had a RELAXING stay.
